motivasi untuk hari ni, meoww~

Kita memerlukan sesuatu yang boleh menjadi daya pendorong atau motivasi untuk melakukan sesuatu pekerjaan.

Kalau pelajar yang ingin berjaya tentu memerlukan motivasi diri untuk mencapai kejayaan.

Bagi seorang pekerja pula, tentu memerlukan motivasi untuk melakukan pekerjaan dengan baik...tambahan pula perlu melakukan kerja yang sama setiap hari. Tentu bosan akan muncul jua di dalam hati.

Di bawah ni ada beberapa tips yang boleh kita praktikkan untuk motivasi diri..

1. Rancangkan dahulu apa yang perlu dibuat dan tetapkan matlamat.

2.Senyumlah selalu.. senyuman boleh menenangkan jiwa dan juga sebagai sedekah.

3.Dapatkan rehat dan tidur yang berkualiti.

4. Jangan membahayakan diri sendiri atau menzalimi diri.

5. Binalah persahabatan yang erat dan saling menyayangi.


6. Sesekali hiburkanlah hati sendiri dengan melakukan apa yang diminati.

7. Tonjolkan penampilan diri yang menarik dan kemas. Sesekali bergaya, apa salahnya.

8. Kawal berat badan anda dan jangan terlebih makan..takut jadi obes pula.

9. Amalkan gaya hidup sihat. Jangan menghisap rokok..bahaya untuk kesihatan.
10. Lakukan pemeriksaan kesihatan menyeluruh bagi mengetahui tahap kesihatan diri.
11. Tenangkan fikiran dan relaks sekejap.

12. Mandi setiap hari... jangan malas mandi tau !

13. Jadilah diri sendiri (bukan orang lain) dan berbanggalah dengan kemampuan diri.

14. Jangan menunjuk-nunjuk atau alim-alim kucing.

15. Lakukan kerja seikhlas hati.

16. Yang paling penting, sentiasalah berdoa kepada Allah.

angkat kening dulu, tgk muka dia.. entah2 dia prank aku ker. kan kan?

i have many, the latest i had was with.. em nureen juge?

myself? dun hate people, or else u have double hating u back!

the humans around me, kak nasha wud be the one jugak :D

jap, nak p tanya MAS.. kot la depa save lg nama aku huahua!

em, waking up in the morning? HAHAHA!!

God knows, hahahaha.. i'm a gud girl! play truant simply means missing gossip in action, which i don't miss any (hopefully hehe) :P

teachers, classes, uniforms, bag.... offenceslips :P (HAHAHA)
